The project included the interior renovations of a 3,800 SF law office in Downtown Tallahassee, FL. Architectural and Engineering services included schematic architectural plans, architectural construction documents, power, data, lighting plans, mechanical plans, electronic certification and electronic permitting, and responses to the City of Tallahassee Plans Review Department. The Owner also requested Interior Design services, which included the selection and specification of paint colors / finishes (walls, ceilings, etc.), wall coverings, (including pattern/color), lighting fixtures (including model/finish), ceiling features (including model/type/finish), and the production of three dimensional interior color renderings, which were used as the basis of design.
The scope included removing two offices to create a large conference room and food service area for entertainment purposes, the addition of a small conference room to be seen from the lobby entrance, and the addition of a small guest office. Design features included an accent wall of vertical porcelain tile, herringbone LVT throughout the conference and food service area, wrapped columns to match the flooring, coffered ceiling in the conference room with suspended drum pendants, and warm gray acoustical ceiling tiles. Services for this project included Architectural, Interior Design, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electronic Permitting.
